Worley Graduate Programs & Internships

Worley's Graduate Development Program (GDP) provides Graduates with their first substantial learning and development opportunity and is a critical foundation program for all Graduates, helping to ensure successful job performance and longer-term career progression.

Our program draws on over 25 years of delivering industry leading graduate development world wide and aims to:

• recruit, develop and retain Graduates for a long term career with Worley;
• offer a broad range of work experience and exposure for Graduates early in their career;
• provide Graduates with a structured learning and development framework;
• offer one on one support for Graduates from their line manager and mentor; and
• actively encourage Graduates to achieve chartership with an approved professional institution

In addition to opportunities for Graduates, Worley also offers opportunities for Undergraduates from a range of disciplines to participate in our annual Summer Vacation Program. Our Summer Vacation Program runs from November to February annually and provides under graduates the opportunity to work with experienced professionals on real world projects.
