The Program

From catching flights to far-flung destinations to coffee catch-ups with your new work family or getting hands-on experience learning new skills on the job, the Monadelphous Graduate Program guarantees to offer you an adventure of a lifetime.

Our business delivers services through two main divisions; Engineering Construction and Maintenance & Industrial Services, both of which are underpinned by a Corporate support function. As a graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to move throughout the business, so that you get a broad experience across a range of locations, projects and teams. 

If you are an Engineering, Construction Management or Health, Safety & Environment Graduate, you will be “hands-on” involved in the practical management of our projects, such as executing a fixed plant shut-down, coordinating subcontractors on high profile resource and infrastructure projects, or forecasting revenue and costs.

Our roles require us to be on-site amongst the action and executing our clients’ designs. Wherever you are based, you’ll obtain practical work experience with regular mentoring and feedback, to ensure you achieve your goals and complete the Graduate Program.
