We are Glencore, one of the world’s largest globally diversified natural resource companies.
Founded in the 1970’s as a trading company, we have grown to become a major producer and marketer of commodities – employing people all around the world.
Our operations comprise around 150 mining and metallurgical sites, oil production assets and agricultural facilities. Using our sector knowledge and global supply base, we source and market commodities to industrial consumers who need them – such as steel-makers, vehicle manufacturers, power companies and processors of oil and food. In this way, we produce and market resources that play an essential role in modern life.

Your Graduate Program
As part of Glencore’s two-year graduate program you will receive the best development possible and contribute to the operations from Day 1 with hands-on work.
The structured Graduate Professional Development component will provide more professional development, focussing on leadership skills, soft skills and practical development. You will rotate through different multi-disciplined teams to gain maximum exposure to our business. We also understand the importance of community in the workplace and offer lots of opportunities to build your internal networks through social activities.

We offer graduates a competitive base salary as well as a range of allowances, especially for those working in regional and remote areas. We have a discretionary annual bonus system for eligible employees that rewards business and personal performance.
Glencore has a number of opportunities across different commodities and sites including fly-in fly-out and residential. If you work residentially we’ll assist with your relocation, for some locations we also provide access to transit housing. If you are FIFO your camp home is just like a community.
