What’s on offer for graduates?
We recruit up to ten graduates annually. A large number of our graduates have Electrical Engineering qualifications; however, we also recruit graduates from other STEM related qualification such as
Our graduates complete six rotations over three years in order to provide them with a broad understanding of the energy sector. You can expect a lot of challenging and diverse tasks and will receive some great on-the-job training from qualified professionals in the business.
We’ll help you develop your career through continuous learning. You’ll have access to training through our registered training organisation (Power Training Services) plus opportunities for coaching and mentoring. You’ll work on various projects which will involve travel to our depots around the south west of WA.
We also host up to seven paid vacation placements over the summer break each year.
In the first instance, these places are offered to our scholarship holders and bursary recipients and then to those that have provided an expression of interest during the year. Occasionally we host students on unpaid internships where there’s a need in the business.
