There were 5 steps involved: - Online Application (including resume and application questions) - Online Testing (logical, numerical and verbal) - Online Interview - Assessment Centre - Behaviour Assessment - Final Interview (conducted with two senior managers)

The interview process consists of online tests, video interview, assessment center, psychological tests, and final interview.

The Graduate program is very rigorous. The interview process is: 1. Online Application 2. Psychometric testing 3. Video Interview 4. Assessment Centre (AC) 5. One on one interview The whole process is well communicated. The AC is well planned and organised and there is no confusion. All the panel members and interviewers are very professional and try to make you feel comfortable at all time.

Make sure you prepare your behavioural responses in STAR form!

I was asked about the reasons why I wanted to join the company and the company values, as well as a set of behavioral-based questions on my skill sets.

I was questions like "What value can you add to the workplace?" "What are your career goals and 5 year plans?" "What do you know about Toll and why did you apply to the graduate program?" "Tell us about a situation where there was conflict of interests and how you went about resolving it?"

Take note of the company's values, mission and its operations.

It would be best for them to research the company before application, and prepare for behavioral-based questions.

Just be yourself and be humble. Don't be pretentious or too quiet. Smile and have an open mind. The entire process is a 2 way street. As much as the company is assessing you it a chance for you to think if the company is the right fit for you. And it is ok to not know the answer to all the questions. Do your homework. There is a lot of information that you can find on the internet. Use social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook to learn more about the company. Try to reach out to the other graduates via LinkedIn and try to understand the type of projects they have worked on. Prepare potential questions for the interviewer.
