There is no training on the job and there is one training that I have done outside of regular work that I have found useful, but I prefer it that way. I don't want to talk about what I should be doing when I could be doing it.

The majority of your training will happen on the job - you get thrown into the deep end so its sink or swim. Your colleagues that have been there before you will be a big support though and there are lots of trainings available to you if you need them.
