We are Port Jackson Partners, a specialist strategy consulting firm. We work with our government and corporate clients on 'big picture' issues, providing advice directly to CEOs, Boards and Executives.

We help clients to diagnose opportunities, develop a preferred strategy, and design major change programs to implement strategic initiatives
Our small teams help our clients think critically and expansively about the key problems facing their organisations
Our work is idea-intensive, fact-based and analytical, and delivers insight through rigour as well as creativity

We solve problems by developing a deep understanding of our clients' organisations and the issues they are facing. We don't recommend cookie cutter approaches, and we don’t implement standard processes. Each project presents us with a new set of challenges. To effect lasting change, we build and maintain long term relationships with our clients, rather than implementing short-term solutions.

Sometimes the work is very intense - because our work is project-based, sometimes there is a hard deadline and we have to knuckle down and work long hours to get everything done
Our offices are a little outdated in terms of fit out. We're also gearing up to move offices next year which will be great!
Similar to other consulting firms, PJP is 70% male and 30% female. However, PJP is making an active effort towards opening opportunities and recruiting females and does support women and men with families.
