I'm not concerned too much about pay at this stage in my career. The personal and professional growth opportunities in the job are too exciting to pass up for any reason. Having said that - I am more than satisfied with my pay.

A huge amount of certifications available for cheap through the global training facilities. Opportunities with the company worldwide.
