Standard graduate salary. But if you look in the longer run of things (Career progression) its fine.

I'm not concerned too much about pay at this stage in my career. The personal and professional growth opportunities in the job are too exciting to pass up for any reason. Having said that - I am more than satisfied with my pay.

My current pay is below average, especially when you take the number of hours worked.

Average pay. Given my current experience and skill level, I believe it is reasonable. Hopefully pay will be better next time when promoted.

Lots of dinners and lunches with clients; team dinner at the end of each project

Free drink on Friday and moving expense if you need to travel to different cities or countries.

Free fruit on Mondays and Wednesdays.
