The Master of Viticulture and Oenology promotes advanced knowledge in viticulture and wine science. It will develop your capacity for critical reflection through independent research and analysis.

Entry requirements

Master of Viticulture and Oenology Successful completion of a Bachelor Degree. Students who have not completed first-year chemistry, microbiology, botany and/or soil science will be required to complete relevant studies prior to admission, as advised by the Course Director. Students who do not have work experience in the Grape and Wine Industry will be required to complete WSC111 Grape and Wine Science.  Graduate Diploma in Viticulture and Oenology Successful completion of a Bachelor Degree.
