I am satisfied with my manager. Sometimes they are busy so they cannot provide me with feedback or communication but most of the time they are great at these things.

Feedback is a work in progress but people are more likely to give feedback compared to other places I have worked in. Managers I feel are always quite busy, so hard to get in touch sometimes.
