Very flat structure with the opportunity to work with senior staff, culture is welcoming, this however can vary between divisions and groups.

The Pitcher Partners culture is great, with a wide variety of social activities and events that staff can get involved in. Team structures seem appropriate. Cooperation and teamwork is highly encouraged.

Great office culture, focused on communication, feedback and development. Teamwork and cooperation is high in my team specifically because of the way that we need to collaborate to deliver client results

Majority of staff are young, which has created a fun, engaging and strong culture. Lots of socializing both at work and during firm organised social events. Lots of cooperation between senior and junior staff.

It has a well diverse culture. There is good cooperation and teamwork among colleagues. Even when there is a hierarchy in placed, all levels are approachable (i.e Graduates can approach partners for any issues)

During business hours, everyone knows what they are responsible for and will get the job done to a high level and depending on your sub-group within the firm, there is usually work drinks on Friday after work.

Office - it has been very easy to develop relationships with everyone in the team and the wider firm. It doesn't matter if it's a partner, director or a fellow analyst, everyone is always happy to put in the time to build a relationship which is key for long term cooperation. After hours - there has been no shortage of social club and firm events happening throughout the year and we haven't even experienced the Christmas party season yet! The firm really does reward you for the hard work we put in the office.

Big focus on socialising and team activities. While there is a semi-linear hierarchy there is clarity in communication and there is no set responsibility in each career level.
