The firm has a team that focuses on Diversity and Inclusion in the company, who put on events and talks that relate to diversity in the workplace.

The partners donate money for every cup of coffee purchased from our in-house baristas. We have a Pitcher Partners charitable fund. We have casual Fridays once a month where gold coin donations go to a different charity/not-for-profit organisation every month. We get one paid community service day per year to allow us to do things (e.g., donate blood, volunteer, etc).

I have worked at a charity that cooks food for the homeless - a range of pro bono work for charity such as gardening/ cooking/ working on business initiatives without charging the charity

We are constantly generating funds and awareness for a whole range of charities throughout the year. One of my favourites is that when you purchase a coffee from the Hub, you can put a coffee bean in one of three jars to which a percentage of every coffee sold will go to the three charities depending on the weight of the jars.

A lot of CSR work, coffees from the cafe raise funds, casual dress days, work is completed for varying entities as well
