Your new role

Our Graduate Program has been designed to give you the exposure and skills you need to have a fulfilling and challenging career at a full service accounting and advisory firm, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of clients, from well-known international brands to family run businesses, government and not-for-profit organisations.

As a graduate, your path will be guided by a dedicated buddy and you will enjoy close interactions with our partners and senior staff. You will also be involved in one of the largest learning and development programs in the industry and be offered ongoing technical and professional development opportunities and support.

What you bring

You will bring a can do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, give it a go and step outside your comfort zone. Track record working in teams, a self-development approach and looking to improve your current yourself.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or client engagement role
  • A university degree
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

    • High expectations. We pride ourselves on the quality service we provide but that means you always have to be on your game!

    • Information sometimes doesn't get distributed adequately

    • The workload is very volatile - some weeks will have to work substantial amounts of overtime and some weeks will not have any work to do at all.
