Your new career
Our Graduate Program provides you with the opportunity to experience the many career possibilities that working in a full-service accounting and advisory firm offers and will expose you to a wide variety of clients, from well-known international brands to family run businesses, government and not-for-profit organisations.
As a graduate your path will be guided by a dedicated buddy and manager and complemented by close interactions with partners and senior staff. What you bring
You will bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone. With a track record of working in teams and an interest in self-development, you're looking to improve yourself.
You will have:
- A university degree;
- Australian citizenship or permeant residency
- Worked in a customer service and/or client engagement role;
- Potentially have done an internship/vacationer work;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); and
- Collaboration as second nature.

Information sometimes doesn't get distributed adequately
The workload is very volatile - some weeks will have to work substantial amounts of overtime and some weeks will not have any work to do at all.
