Your new career

Our Graduate Program provides you with the opportunity to experience the many career possibilities that working in a full-service accounting and advisory firm offers and will expose you to a wide variety of clients, from well-known international brands to family run businesses, government and not-for-profit organisations.

As a graduate your path will be guided by a dedicated buddy and manager and complemented by close interactions with partners and senior staff. You will also be involved in an industry leading learning and development program and receive ongoing technical, personal and professional development opportunities.

What you bring 

You will bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone. With a track record of working in teams and an interest in self-development, you're looking to improve yourself.

You will have:

  • A university degree;
  • Australian citizenship or permeant residency 
  • Worked in a customer service and/or client engagement role;
  • Potentially have done an internship/vacationer work;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); and
  • Collaboration as second nature.

    • Some processes, politics at the upper level

    • High expectations. We pride ourselves on the quality service we provide but that means you always have to be on your game!

    • Information sometimes doesn't get distributed adequately

    • The workload is very volatile - some weeks will have to work substantial amounts of overtime and some weeks will not have any work to do at all.
