What can you expect as a Next Gen Nestlé Graduate?

• A two year rotational graduate program supported by a tailored learning and development plan to develop your leadership abilities and set you up for long term success
• Broad experience and exposure across a number of our Business and Marketing teams. With rotations in Field Sales, Marketing and Channel Sales Development, you'll develop insights into consumer and shopper behaviour to help create compelling sales offers and develop integrated shopper campaigns to delight our consumers
• Opportunities to put everything you learn into action by working on exciting projects with colleagues and customers alike to tackle daily challenges and deliver best practice.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking to discover graduates with leadership potential and commercial acumen. Graduates who are driven for results, innovative and adaptable will succeed within our highly regarded Business teams.

Eligibility for the Next Gen Nestlé Graduate program

• A completed University Degree in Business or Commerce in the last 2 years or in your final year of completion
• Ability to work in Australia – permanent residency or citizenship
• A current drivers licence
