The opportunity

KPMG Enterprise offers an extensive range of audit & assurance, tax, accounting and advisory services which are tailored to meet the unique needs of middle market clients, from family groups to high wealth individuals and entrepreneurs' to fast growing dynamic companies.

Our Enterprise division are now looking to recruit a Graduate to join our Tax and Accounting practice in Brisbane.
  
Your new role

Working within a team environment, you will join your peers in learning from our leaders to provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a portfolio of clients. Focused on the mid-market, you will work with not for profits, small to medium enterprises, family groups, MNCs and fast-growing dynamic companies across the Brisbane market covering a variety of sectors. You will further develop hands-on experience in compliance and business advisory services including financial statements, income tax returns and FBT returns.

You bring to the role:

The successful candidate will be a recent Graduate and hold tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce or business degrees preferably with the Accounting Major. Some hands-on experience in Australian tax and accounting would be ideal, however is not essential for this role. You will have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills along with the ability to build relationships. You will also have an analytical mindset, be a curious and avid learner, and be excited to challenge yourself as you build your career working across a diverse client portfolio.

    • Occasional long hours.

    • Busy season is about to begin and that will mean working greater hours than is normally appropriate.
