Office & Workplace at Ericsson

7.6
7.6 rating for Workplace, based on 22 reviews
Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
There is a relaxed dress code which is practical for the type of work we do sometimes. Location is able to be gotten to by public transport and the facilities are what you would want from an office.

Good location, close to city. New bathroom facilities are great

Offices are nice, nothing spectacular, but nice. The dress code is business casual/ smart casual, with casual Fridays. Dress code is not too much of an issue as long as it's appropriate

Open plan office and very relaxed dress code. Jeans are acceptable to wear to the office.

Location is great as it is not in the CBD which allows driving to work. Easily accessible by public transport. The dress code is formal (no ties or suits). Some non customer facing roles can dress down. Casual Fridays.

I understand there is work being done to rectify complains on the quality of the office so I will not judge too harshly. Overall facilities are good, although I am hoping that moving the lab closer to office helps the engineering teams diagnose and fix customer issues faster. As for location, it is Fantastic! Docklands office is just close enough for my commute to be comfortable, and it has adequate parking locations although free parking would be nicer.

Great location near Southern Cross Station in Docklands. Easy access from anywhere in Melbourne. For the Engineering Team Jeans, T-Shirt and Hoodies are regular attire for me. The dress code does depend on the role. Account guys will wear business attire, engineers/internal roles will be more casual

Our Melbourne office is highly rated, with our Sydney office slightly smaller and on a lower star rating. Both offices provide bike storage areas and showers should employees want to ride their bikes, both offices are also very close to public transport. Our dress code is business-casual, but is dependent upon the teams we sit in. Customer teams have a stricter dress code than other teams.

The building is quite old and many of the facilities are outdated.

Fruit is provided year round as well as breakfast cereals and there are several coffee machines. The office is in a nice location with good facilities. The dress code is smart casual to corporate.

Docklands office is very modern. Dress code is Business casual but flexible.
Graduate, Melbourne - 10 Oct 2017
Really flexible, and open planning. Not the best facilities, but not the worst either. Has everything it needs, in all perfect working conditions.

Free sitting. dress code is business casual

It's pretty good, but a bit far out of the city. The dress code is officially business casual, but if you're not client facing this is more relaxed.
